OFFER TERMS: SayByeBugs offers three options on our website. A 6 bottle kit where you pay $19.99 per bottle or $127.45 with shipping and handling as a one time payment. A 3 bottle kit where you pay $33.32 per bottle or $107.46 with shipping and handling as a one time payment. However, you can also pick our easy 3-month payment plan (trial) with auto delivery. For your first month you get a $29.97 charge for two 3oz sprays with $7.50 shipping and handling fee. We ship the product from our Chicago distribution center the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 10 days for you to receive the supply. After that starting 30 days from your order you will be sent a new monthly supply of 2 bigger 24oz sprays (a Recurring Order) for the full price of $57.95 ($28.97 per bottle) for the next 2 months + $7.50 for priority Shipping and handling. After that the auto-ship will be canceled and you won't be billed again. CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRODUCT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ATTENTION: This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between You, the individual, company or organization ("you", "your", "The Customer" or "Customer") and Fobia d.o.o. ("we", "our", "The Company" or "Company"). By ordering, accessing, using or purchasing any product ("Product") through this website or related websites (collectively the "Website"), you are agreeing to be bound by, and are becoming a party to, this Agreement. We may at our sole and absolute discretion change, add, modify, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement for changes prior to use of the Website or purchase of the Product. 


We have noticed an increase of fraud over the past few months. Unfortunately, much of this fraud is perpetrated by customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal, in fact this is a felony punishable by jail time. We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud which may include asking you to sign an affidavit. In addition, if you perpetrate such activity, your credit card may be black listed and may be unable to be used for any internet purchases. Instead if you are not satisfied with our product simply ask for a refund or cancel your membership.

If you are enrolled in a promotion that is eligible for Auto-Ship, you will be enrolled to receive monthly shipments for up to 2 additional months (at this point your membership gets automatically canceled and you won't be billed again) or until you cancel by contacting a Customer Service Representative at or manually in the customer portal. If you enjoy your Product, do nothing. You will be billed at the promotional rate agreed to in the offer and you will automatically receive a fresh supply every month so your program will not be interrupted. You will lock in the low promotional price billed every 30 days to your credit card with $7.50 shipping and handling. 

We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds, no questions asked - for returns received within 90 days of the order date where no promotion was redeemed (i.e., Rebate or Trial Promotions). For regular offers where the full product price is paid (not including Promotional Discounts, Rebate, Promotions or Trial Promotions), simply contact a Customer Service Representative to receive return instructions. Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". All returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing of your return to your account. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our Customer Support Team.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. If you have received an order that was damaged, please contact a Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number, and an immediate replacement will be sent out at no additional charge, once your returned item is received. 


SayByeBugs 3-month plan is an auto-ship program that sends you 3 bed bug erradication kits after that billing will be automatically canceled. 7 days before each auto-ship charges we will send an email notification to remind you of the auto-ship future charge.

To cancel a future auto-ship order you have to call us or cancel online before the end of the 30 day period from the last charge.

If you do not cancel within 30 day of the date that you placed your order, we will charge the same card you provided for a new monthly supply of 2x 24 fl oz sprays (a Recurring Order) $57.95 (+S&H $7.50) for the next 2 months after that billing will be automatically canceled.



We only ship to US and select EU countries (UK, France, Spain, Germany, Norway).

You hereby represent and warrant that You are age eighteen (18) or older, that You have read this Agreement and thoroughly understand the terms contained in this Agreement, that any Products You purchase from the Website will be used for Your personal, non-commercial use, and that You will not re-sell, re-distribute or export any Product that You order from the Website. You further represent that Fobia d.o.o. has the right to rely upon all information provided to Fobia d.o.o. ( by You, and Fobia d.o.o. may contact You by email, telephone or postal mail for any purpose, including but not limited to (i) follow-up calls, (ii) customer satisfaction surveys, and (iii) inquiries about any orders You placed, or considered placing, at or through the Website.

If for any reason during the discounted period (defined in the offer) of your subscription, you are dissatisfied with your Product, you will need to call our Customer Support and request either an extension of your discounted period, or a cancellation of the service. If you wish to keep the 30-Day supply you received, you may choose to pay for that month only and cancel your autoship program. If you are not interested in continuing to use the product for the rest of the month, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return your product (opened or unopened) within 90 days to receive a full refund. Shipping and processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. All sales after the 90 Day period expires are final. Autoship cancellations may be processed at any time and require contact with a Customer Service Representative to verify the account holder request. Cancellation of an Autoship request will take effect immediately and any/all future shipments will cease. It will be required to re-order if you would like to re- enroll at a later time. 

If you wish to return your merchandise for an exchange credit (Merchandise Credit), and you receive an RMA Number; your rebate will be cancelled and voided. Shipping, handling and processing fees are non-refundable. 

SayByeBugs may use testimonials and/or product reviews in whole or in part together with the name and county of the person submitting it.

Testimonials may be used for any form of activity relating to Fobia d.o.o. products and services, in printed and online media, as SayByeBugs in their absolute discretion thinks fit.
SayByeBugs reserve the right to correct grammatical and typing errors, to shorten testimonials prior to publication or use, and to review all testimonials prior to use.

SayByeBugs shall be under no obligation to use any or any part of any testimonial or product review submitted. By submitting a testimonial or product review under these Testimonial terms and conditions of submission you agree, give permission for and hereby grant any necessary licence so that SayByeBugs may publish and/or reproduce any part of the testimonial on the Customer Reviews and Testimonials pages of the SayByeBugs website and/or in any other If you submit a testimonial, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not submit a testimonial.

Company Policies 
The Site and The Company Products are available only to individuals that are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. This is a legal agreement between the customer and Fobia d.o.o. Promotional offers are limited to one household. 


Disputes; Governing Law 
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. You and agree that the Slovenian Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between you and relating in any way to the service or Web site or these Terms of Use. You and expressly and irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts. The parties agree that in any such dispute or subsequent legal action, they will only assert claims in an individual (non-class, nonrepresentative) basis, and that they will not seek or agree to serve as a named representative in a class action or seek relief on behalf of those other than themselves.
